Puja Therapy and Yoga is an innovative path towards healing the mind and body from within. Leading this path is Puja Chhabra, who is commited to creating safe spaces for individuals to heal and experience meaningful change. Puja believes that the combination of Therapy and Yoga compliment one another and can alleviate symptoms related to depression, anxiety and trauma.
Puja’s work has been shaped by her academic studies, clinical experience, travels, life experience and exploration of yoga and meditation. Puja received her Masters in Social Work from New York University, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCS 24159) and Registered Yoga Teacher, RYT-200.
