Therapy

Therapy is a collaborative process intended to address underlying feelings that lead to emotional distress and life challenges. Therapy is a safe place to heal, manage stress, share your story and work through difficult and transitional times. Sessions are designed to meet your needs and at your pace.  Areas of specialities are Anxiety, Depression, Grief/Loss, Life transitions, and Trauma. Individual, Groups, and Couples.

Yoga

Puja has a unique approach to teaching yoga, as she incorporates simple techniques to enhance the mind-body connection, stress relief, and relaxation.  Sessions incorporate meditation, music and yoga sequencing for all skill levels. Puja wants yoga be accessible to every body and focuses on improving mental health.  Private yoga sessions, small groups and group classes, and series packages available.

Presentations & Workshops

Puja is a dynamic and engaging presenter for various settings, such non-profits, hospitals, fitness expos, and yoga studios.  Presentations and workshops can be tailored to meet your organtizations needs and can include an experiential component, such as yoga or mindfulness. Topics can range from Trauma and the Body, Self Care in the Workplace, or Benefits of Mindfulness. 

Consultation & Coaching

Organizational Wellness Programs and Trauma Informed Care enhance the quality of their services, improve operational and systems processes, and prevent burnout among employees. Through consultation and/or coaching sessions, organizations learn about the impacts of trauma on the mind and body, and develop ways to add wellness, self care and other tools to improve their workplace.

Supervision

Puja is a Licensed Clinical Social Work, LCS 24159 and offers clinical supervision hours to pre-licensure MSW and MFT Interns.  Puja uses her clinical expertise, years of experience working in various mental health settings, and supervisory experience to support students. Puja specializes in psychodynamic, family systems, and trauma work.
